Civil RightsCivil Rights: the religious, social, cultural, political and legal rights every human should obtain. The campaign to gain civil rights for individuals as well as minorities has always been a challenge for society. Often civil discord, violence and repression resulted as the majority tries to maintain their privileges and power over the minority.

Mankind has always tried to pit and control one class, one religion, one race, one ethnic group, one sexual group, since our earliest times. It was accomplished by brut force, legislation, intimidation, harassment, war, economic deprivation, segregation, inquisition, isolation and finally religious persecution.
My Advice
1. Martin Luther King Said "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.

2. Work with students, parents, and others equally and without preconceived ideas.
3. Encourage lawmakers to create legislation that encourage voting instead of restricting it.
4. Take to heart and mind Jefferson's belief that All Men (and women) are created equal with inalienable rights to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
5. In business deal with your workers fairly, equally and justly. Never ever use their race, religion, sex, ethnicity or other artificial standards against them in hiring, promotion, pay or standards. Judge them by the work they have done and accomplishments. 
6. In religion maintain a standard in which you judge another's religion fairly and without prejudice. Not everyone will think the way you do. Each person by their nature, training and genetic composition is unique to themselves.
7. Governments must refrain from passing and enforcing laws that pits one group against another or punishes one group  based on their beliefs, religious, political , cultural.
8. Reach out to your neighbors, coworkers and others to try to understand them and appreciated them for their differences.
9. If you find your church, social group, business or other institution is prejudical or intolerant trying finding another group that is more accomidating.
