Crime:an act or oversight
which has the potential to upset a society and can
be prosecuted by public officials such as the police
or sheriff's office. Punishment is one of the
primary distinction between civil and criminal law.
Criminal law. In criminal law incarceration can
result in felony or misdemeanor charges resulting in
imprisonment, heavy fines and in some severe cases a
Death Penalty. Civil law on the other
hand never results in incarceration or a death
penalty, it is usually the result of a dispute
between two individuals or organizations an always
results in reimbursement of losses to the winning
party.
International Law determine the interaction between
government and between international businesses
