 Today
teachers, administrators and in many ways students have to deal with
the advent of technologies in modern schools. Most if not all students have in their possession cell
phones. Technology can be a great way of enhancing learning while
cell phones provide ways communication with parents,
employers and other students but they can and a a distraction from
the materials trying to be presented by the teachers. Thus school
systems, county personal, administrators and teachers are trying
ways to enhance learning while limiting cell phone distractions.
