SociologyThe world wide situation in which many of the Earth's nations cannot maintain internal stability. They often result in what is called a fail state in which the political body declines to a point the government can no longer operate properly. The government usually; loses control within it's borders, public services decline, it's international legitimacy is questioned, the general public no longer views the government as representing them.
