One of the most inevitable aspects of life is that the inevitability of humans to grow old. and die. 
How we grow old will depend on the individual and how he or she prepares in his or hers life.
Maintain a quality of physical life through exercise and diet.
Maintain a quality of medical fitness through, stopping smoking, reducing alcohol consumption, maintain a healthy diet, maintain as needed vaccines, establish a routine of regular doctor visits, eye doctors and proper dental hygene.
Work on establishing a solid financial foundation through saving, insurance, planning on long term care and suitable housing
Establish a solid social foundation through clubs, hobbies, friendships and churches.
Enable measures in your home, car  that will insure personal safety.
Maintain a positive lifestyle through a church, hobbies life skills and social interaction.
Develop an attitude of positive purpose and self worth.
As you age routinely develop your home to insure personal security and safety.
Review your legal documents such as wills, trusts and mortgages to insure that your wishes will be maintained.
