Teachers should be
paid
well, given better
training
and recognition for all they do. School
funding needs
to reflect the teacher's personal and
professional needs. Often they are the
forgotten heroes in our society. If we gave
them half the financial rewards, publicity
and recognition we give our athletes and
actors, more children would strive to be a
teacher. The
