crisis has caused

inflation, increased

and personal
expenses.
Furthermore it has
causes friction in
trade between
nations (especially
developing nations).
Wars and internal
conflicts are
growing in number.
Countries are being
forced to develop
laws, policies and
regulations to
ration the
consumption of
energy, develop new
forms of energy and
restrict energy
sources. The crisis
has caused
industrial and
economic slowdowns.
Nations, states,
cities and
corporations as well
as individuals are
urgently trying to
finding new ways of
using creating
energy that is
efficient, non
polluting, and
affordable. Recently
some politicians,
individuals
organizations and
corporations are
expressing opinions
that are not based
in fact or reality
that, if they
allowed to come into
being will increase
pollution, spread
disease, cause
death, affect
temperatures,
contribute to
draughts and floods
and bring world wide
misery. We must
develop and
encourage
affortable, clean,
efficient sources of
energy that will
enhance our society
and ways of life. |
