"Social
media has changed the way that many people
live their lives, as it's evolved from a
means of communication into a source of
entertainment, advertising, and social
awareness. While social media can be a
positive tool used for good, it can also
lead us to feel insecure, anxious, and
disconnected."

Social Media has become a
phenomenon that is changing the
nature of the way humans think,
work, play, interact, communicate
and live their lives. It has in some
cases overwhelmed human's ways of
thinking and coming to conclusions.
People are spending an excessive
amount of their time on their cell
phones, computers, pads and other
modern instruments. This has opened
the door for scammers, hackers,
influencers and other individual to
dictate their ways of thinking and
acting. Even AI has now come into
the realm of national and
international affairs. This can be
dangerous and create events that can
and will cause damage.
Trust but
verify what you hear, see and read!
Never take anything on face value
regardless of the source.
Know the source of the
information you are getting! Many
have views that are not based in
facts.
Many posts, emails texts and
even phone calls are attempts to
hack into your systems and mind with
ways to influence your actions and
thoughts! If your phone says
unavailable, unknown, wireless or
the name you are unfamiliar with,
don't answer them and let them go to
the answering system.
Parents watch what your
children do, see and hear. You are
the first line of defense!
Students don't believe or
rely on all you are told on Social
Media! There are organizations,
individuals and programs that are
out to harem you legally,
physically, socially, emotionally
and psychologicaly.
Politicians and other
government officials need to be
cautious of what Social Media is
saying. Many times what is being
posted is misinformation,
disinformation and lies. They need
to create laws, policies and
regulations that don't restrict
basic freedom but prevents
misinformation, disinformation and
lies.
Be aware that growing
programs such as AI are rapidly
changing the way Social Media is
influencing us!
