5. Develop a simple (KIS) Keep it Simple yet structured method of teaching
6. Use constructive feed back by not openly criticizing a students efforts but showing alternate approaches to the issue at hand.
7. Stay patient with the students when dealing with the subject as they endeavor to understand the subject matter.
8. Encourage them to read and write about the variety of books, magazines and other sources of material.
