Physical Education Sports
Physical Education: The
curriculum in which the students learn how to build their bodies,
maintain fitness and understand the value of working as a group.
Sports and competition goes back almost 3000 years and can be best
shown by the Greek Olympic games in which the City-States competed
to honor their cities, gods and goddess. They developed as part of
the training of their soldiers.
